Regal Crab Melt Pasta with Garlic Bread Crust

For the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red bell pepper; sauté until soft.
Add crab meat and cream to the skillet; heat through.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and season with salt and pepper.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and keep warm.
For the Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese:
Mix butter with minced garlic and spread on one side of each bread slice.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place two slices of bread, buttered side down.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the bread in the skillet, and cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill until golden brown on both sides, ensuring the cheese is melted and gooey.
Cut into triangles and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve the creamy crab pasta with slices of garlic bread grilled cheese on the side.
