Refreshing Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and pink lemonade concentrate until well combined.
Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to achieve a more vibrant pink color.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
