Pistachio Pineapple Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, blend the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
Fold in the crushed pineapple and chopped pistachios.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
