Ingredients: For the Crust: 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 1 large egg yolk 1-2 tablespoons ice water For the Filling: 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup (240g) mascarpone cheese For the
