Ingredients: For the Salmon: 4 salmon fillets, skin on 2 tablespoons blackening spice 1 tablespoon olive oil For the Linguine: 8 oz linguine pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste
