Marshmallow Chocolate Poke Cake

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

1 box chocolate cake mix (and necessary ingredients listed on the box, usually water, oil, and eggs)

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

For the Poke Filling:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

For the Topping:

2 cups marshmallow fluff

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)

Mini marshmallows, optional for extra garnish
