Easy Peach Tiramisu

Prepare the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with the vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Assemble the tiramisu:
Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the peach juice or nectar and place a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or a large trifle dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
Layer half of the sliced peaches over the cream.
If using, spread a thin layer of peach preserves over the peaches.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, cream, and peaches.
Chill and serve:
Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves before serving, if desired.
