What You Need:

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 tsp raw honey (preferably local)

🍵 How to Make It:

  1. Steep grated ginger in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  2. Strain the tea into a cup.

  3. Stir in 1 tsp honey while it’s warm (not boiling hot).

  4. Sip slowly, ideally once or twice daily.
