Remember to eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables and drink at least 2 liters of water a day to prevent fluid retention. Herbal teas such as rosemary, horsetail, and dandelion can be very helpful.
Try to engage in regular physical activity at least twice a week. A long walk or, if possible, sports like swimming or cycling are all you need.
Apple cider vinegar is also a powerful ally against leg pain. Apply apple cider vinegar compresses at least once a day.
