Baked cauliflower with mushrooms

1️⃣ Vegetable preparation: Divide the cauliflower into florets and halve the mushrooms. 2️⃣ Marinade: Combine olive oil and  spices in a bowl, add the cauliflower and mushrooms, and toss well.
3️⃣ Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve: Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve immediately! 🥰
