Relaxing Infusion for Stress and Insomnia

Bee honey to taste (optional).

Preparation Mode

Step 1: In a saucepan, place 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 bay leaves, and a handful of chamomile leaves.
Step 2: Pour half a liter of water into the saucepan with the ingredients.
Step 3: Bring it to the stove and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. This allows the ingredients to release their properties into the water.

Strain and serve:

Once ready, pass the mixture through a sieve and serve it in a cup.

Sweeten (optional):

If you prefer a sweet touch, add a tablespoon of honey to taste.
