Collagen-Boosting Herbal Tea Recipe
You’ll need:
- 1 cup hot water
- A handful of fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tsp dried rose petals
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1–2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Boil Water
Bring one cup of water to a boil. Add the parsley leaves and let them simmer briefly.
2. Steep the Ingredients
In a cup or teapot, combine the hibiscus, rose petals, rosemary, and ginger. Pour the hot parsley water over the mixture.
3. Let it Steep
Cover and allow the tea to steep for 5–7 minutes. Want a bolder flavor? Let it sit a little longer.
4. Strain and Customize
Strain the tea, stir in lemon juice, and if desired, add soaked chia seeds and a touch of honey or maple syrup to sweeten.

Note: When I first learned this recipe, parsley wasn’t originally included, but once I added it, the skin benefits became even more noticeable.
