- 150g dried prunes (pitted)
- 150g dried dates (pitted)
- 500ml water
Instructions:
1. Combine the prunes and dates in a pot with the water.
2. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for around 15 minutes.
3. Once the fruit is softened, blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth, thick paste.
4. Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid and let it cool completely.
Storage: Refrigerate and use within a week.
How to Take It
Consume 1 to 2 tablespoons each morning on an empty stomach, followed by a warm glass of water.
