- 5 tablespoons of fresh parsley
- 500 ml of water
Preparation :
- Heat the water and add the chopped parsley .
- Let it sheer for 5 minutes, then filter .
- Consume 3 cups a day, without exceeding one liter per day .
Caution: Parsley tea is not recommended for pregnant women .
