Ingredients: Squid (cleaned, skinned and cut into rounds) 2 cloves of garlic (crushed) cherry tomatoes (halved) parsley (finely chopped) oil, salt.
Procedure: in a pan, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the garlic and tentacles (being the hardest part, they must cook for a few more minutes), the parsley, followed by the cherry tomatoes, again the squid cut into rounds, season with salt, a little cooking water over medium heat and with a lid for 10 minutes.
