πΈ 1 Camembert of 250 g (choose a very creamy Camembert)
πΈ 2 cloves of garlic
πΈ 1 to 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (or thyme instead)
πΈ 50 g of nuts (optional: walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, according to your taste)
πΈ A little honey (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)
πΈ Olive oil (to taste)
πΈ Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
πΈ Bread (baguette, country bread, or nut bread for dipping)
πΈ Dried fruits (optional, to serve)
Equipment
πΈ A small gratin dish or an ovenproof plate

Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Prepare the Camembert:
Remove the Camembert from its plastic packaging. Place it in a small baking dish.
If the Camembert is in a wooden box, you can leave it in the box, but remove the lid.
Prepare the herbs:
Cut the garlic cloves into thin strips or small pieces.
If you are using fresh rosemary, separate the leaves from the stems.
Score the Camembert:
Using a knife, make cross-shaped incisions on the top of the Camembert. This will allow the flavors to penetrate and the cheese to melt more easily.
