Meatball Lasagna Roll-Ups

Instructions:

1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook Lasagna Noodles: Prepare the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and arrange them on a baking sheet to keep them from sticking together.

3. Make the Meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

4. Brown the Meatballs: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.

5. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Spread ricotta cheese over each lasagna noodle. Top with a few meatballs and carefully roll each noodle. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.

6. Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour marinara sauce evenly over the roll-ups and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
