Grilled Lobster and Shrimp

🍤 Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne (optional). Set aside.
3. Make Garlic Butter:
🍋 Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Grill Lobster:
🔥 Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush lobster with half the garlic butter. Grill shell-side down for 8-10 minutes, basting occasionally.
5. Grill Shrimp:
🍤 Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
6. Serve:
✅️ Drizzle remaining garlic butter over lobster and shrimp. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
