1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a small round tip with the cheesecake filling.
Insert the tip into the side of each donut and fill with the cheesecake mixture.
Warm the strawberry jam slightly and pipe a small amount into the center of each donut.
Dust the donuts with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh strawberries.
