1 cup heavy cream
8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Champagne Buttercream:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup champagne
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Edible glitter or sparkling sugar for decoration
