Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
For the Topping:

1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
