Ingredients:

2 ripe passion fruits
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons sugar, or adjust to taste
6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
60 ml white rum
Sparkling water to top up
Crushed ice
Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish
