Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Bake the brownies in a 9x13-inch pan and let them cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies.
Once the brownies are completely cooled, spread the cookie dough evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Optional: Before serving, sprinkle extra crushed Oreos and mini chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor.
