Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions:

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottoms of a 12-cup muffin tin lined with paper liners.
Bake for 5 minutes, then let cool while you prepare the filling.
