Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each puff pastry sheet to smooth out any creases.
Brush the melted butter over the entire surface of each sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle generously over the buttered puff pastry sheets.
Starting from one end, tightly roll up each sheet into a log. Cut each log into 6 equal pieces.
Place each piece, cut side up, into the prepared muffin tin, gently pressing down to fit.
Bake the Cruffins:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden brown and puffed up.
Allow the cruffins to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the coating.
While the cruffins are still warm, roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
