Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Bake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the bread cubes evenly in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with additional raisins.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread, pressing down slightly to ensure all bread is soaked.
Allow the mixture to sit for 20 minutes so the bread can absorb the custard.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving with maple syrup.
