Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cannolis

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chocolate chip cookie dough until evenly distributed throughout the ricotta mixture.
Fill each cannoli shell with the chocolate chip cookie dough ricotta mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
Garnish the ends of each cannoli with mini chocolate chips.
Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving.
