Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifles

In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of small serving glasses or jars to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and continue to mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream and cocoa powder into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold in the melted chocolate until well mixed.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the chocolate crust in the glasses or jars.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
