Black and white sesame seeds
Directions:
Wash the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then drain and place it in a pot with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan until fully dissolved. Mix this liquid with the cooked sushi rice.
Wet your hands and form small balls of rice. Place a piece of salmon, tuna, cucumber, or avocado on each ball, then wrap it with a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a round ball.
Remove the wrap, decorate with corn kernels, chives, and sesame seeds.
