Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until evenly mixed.
Press the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or jars to form the crust layer.
Prepare the Mousse:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Melt the Kinder chocolate bars in a microwave or double boiler, then allow to cool slightly.
Fold the melted Kinder chocolate into the mousse mixture until well incorporated.
Assemble and Chill:
Spoon the Kinder cheesecake mousse over the prepared crusts in the serving glasses or jars.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Before serving, garnish with extra pieces of Kinder chocolate.
