Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Add the cooked fettuccine, Parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning to the skillet. Toss to combine and coat the pasta with the sauce.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
