County Fair Funnel Cakes

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat until smooth.
Heat enough oil in an electric skillet or deep fryer to a depth of about 4 inches. Make sure there's an extra two inches of oil so the funnel cake can cook evenly
