1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the pie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
