No-Bake Tiramisu Oreo Icebox Cake

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using). Dip each Oreo cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are well soaked but not falling apart.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange a layer of soaked Oreo cookies on the bottom.
Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
