1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until well combined.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix until the apples are evenly coated.
Spread the apple mixture over the partially baked crust.
In a separate bowl, prepare the streusel topping by mixing the flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the apple filling.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
