Immediately sift the baking powder and all-purpose flour into the moist batter. Just blend the ingredients by gently folding it in. To maintain the muffins’ light and fluffy texture, take care not to overmix.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Evenly distribute the batter among the muffin cups that have been oiled. Approximately 3/4 of the way should be filled in each cup to allow for the muffins to rise.
Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the tops of the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Preheat the oven.
Chill and Present:
Take the muffin tray out of the oven once it has baked. After a few minutes, let the muffins cool in the muffin tray before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Although these muffins taste great warm, you can also eat them at room temperature.
