For the Panna Cotta:

1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
For the Praline:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, or pecans)
A pinch of sea salt
