For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until very fluffy. Then slowly stir in the oil. Add the flour, baking powder and hazelnuts and fold in carefully. Spread the dough onto a greased baking tray.

For the curd cream, mix all the ingredients well, fill into a piping bag and pipe a lattice pattern (3 cm apart) onto the dough.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for around 40 minutes.
Once cooled, sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
