Ingredients:

•2 cups of cooked rice, preferably refrigerated overnight

•200 g chicken breast, cut into small cubes

•100 g of clean shrimp

•1 large egg

•1 large carrot, finely chopped

•1/2 cup green peas

•3 green onions, finely chopped

•2 cloves of garlic, chopped

•3 tablespoons of soy sauce

Vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste
