For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:

1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
