Glazed Honey Butter Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Honey Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.
Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve:

Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, turning them to coat in the honey butter sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up the flavors.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
