What you need:
How to prepare cauliflower:
1 kilogram of cauliflower cut into small florets
One hundred and fifty grams of panko breadcrumbs for extra crunchiness
One hundred grams of all-purpose flour
Three large eggs beaten
5 tablespoons of olive oil, extra virgin
For a combination of fragrant herbs, use 1 teaspoon of dry Italian seasoning
A small amount of freshly chopped fresh parsley
