chicken soup

Preparation:
1. Place the soup chicken in a large pot with 3 liters of cold water and bring to a slow boil.
2. Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel and halve the onion and garlic clove.
3. Add the vegetables, onion and garlic to the chicken in the pot and simmer on medium heat for 2-3 hours.
4. Add the herbs, spices and salt to taste and simmer for a further 30 minutes.
5. Remove the soup chicken from the soup and remove the meat from the bones. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
6. Strain the soup through a sieve so that only the clear broth remains. The vegetables and spices can be discarded.
7. Cook the soup noodles in a separate pot according to the instructions on the packet and then add to the finished chicken soup.
8. Add the chicken pieces to the soup and serve.
