Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a food processor, combine sun dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top each slice with a spoonful of the sun dried tomato pesto.
Sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top of each bite.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
