RANCHERO CHEESE BALL WITH TOCINO

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the creamed cheese, cheddar cheese, tocino, ranch and cebo in a medium cup and turn until well combined with a wooden spoon or a blender.
Fold the mixture over a large plastic sheet and double the plastic over the cheese mixture to form a ball.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before removing the plastic film and serve.
ADVICE AND NOTES:
We like to serve this cheese ball with fresh pepper, mini sweet peppers, pepinos, turnips and low-carbohydrate salad biscuits. The cheese blenders and flakers are also an excellent option.
