Jerk Shrimp Fettuccine

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Season shrimp with jerk seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet.
In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Lower heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth.
Return shrimp to skillet along with the cooked fettuccine. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
