Greek Tzatziki Chicken Salad

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup mixed greens
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
Add the shredded chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese to the bowl with the tzatziki sauce. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Serve the chicken salad over a bed of mixed greens.
