Combine and Dissolve:
Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Strain and Pour:
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any undissolved gelatin or vanilla bean bits.
Pour the strained mixture into serving glasses or molds.
Chill and Set:
Refrigerate the panna cotta for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. It should be firm to the touch.
Serve:
Once set, serve the vanilla panna cotta chilled, either in the glasses or unmolded onto plates.
Garnish with fresh berries, fruit compote, or mint leaves if desired.
