Baked Chicken Thighs!

Ingredients:
6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (approx. 5-6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Place a baking rack on top of a foil-lined baking pan to catch any drippings and allow for even air circulation.
Prepare Chicken:
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. This helps achieve crispy skin.
