Ingredients:
For the Base:
200g graham crackers or digestive biscuits, crushed
100g unsalted butter, melted
For the Strawberry Yogurt Mousse:
500g fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
200g Greek yogurt
200ml heavy cream
100g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
3 tablespoons cold water
For the Strawberry Topping:
200g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 tablespoon water
